 Яндекс Some background on Yandex Yandex (/ˈjʌndɛks/; Russian: Яндекс) is a Russian multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related products and services. Yandex provides over 70 services in total. The company founders and most of the team members are located in Russia but the company has 18 commercial offices worldwide. It is the largest technology company in Russia also known as the "Google of Russia" and the largest search engine on the internet in Russian, with a market share of over 52%. The Yandex.ru home page is the 4th most popular website in Russia and it also has the largest market share of any search engine in the Commonwealth of Independent States. Currently, it ranks as the 5th largest search engine worldwide after Google, Baidu, Bing, and Yahoo!. On December 4th we visited the Yandex offices as part of the HSE class tour for the "creativity and innovation management" course. The course is delivered to master students of the Nationa
